OKOndt GROUP At International Railway Trade Fair For Transport Technology InnoTrans-2022 In Germany
On September 20 to 23, 2022, the 13th International Railway Trade Fair for Transport Technology InnoTrans-2022 took place in Berlin – for the first time after 4-year covid-related restrictions – it’s the world-scale exhibition which is traditionally held every two years.
15 to 22 January 2022 the ОКОndt GROUP representatives held the training for the American colleagues from the distributor company NDT Supply.com, Inc in Kansas City, Kansas State. This enterprise is the global supplier of technical means for nondestructive testing and has been representing the OKOndt GROUP’s equipment at the markets of the USA, Canada, countries of South America and Africa for several years.
With all the safety precautions taken, OKOndt GROUP comes back to training and educational seminars at the customer’s site again after quite a long pause. On August, 3-7 our specialists took a business trip to Turkey where they carried out the training for Bursa Ray company’s staff on the double rail ultrasonic flaw detector UDS2-73 operation which is designed for ultrasonic testing of rails.

OKOndt grieves on Borys Paton death
On 19 August 2020, our esteemed fellow countryman, brilliant scientist, academician Borys Paton died, at 101.
PRC – is currently an absolute leader in many industrial sectors where both the equipment and ready-made products regular testing is indispensable to deliver highly efficient production processes. The country’s large territory, plenty of plants and factories, length of the railway tracks and pipelines, stunning pace of manufacture – all of these factors set the tasks for testing of both brand new and used equipment. Such tasks can be solved with the help of NDT means. Therefore, in order to facilitate the access to the information for the companies from China, Taiwan, Singapore and other East-Asian countries OKOndt has set up a new website in Chinese. Moreover, we hired a Chinese-speaking Sales Manager who can be reached via www.okondt.cn as well.
Italian company IMG Ultrasuoni Srl have recently purchased from OKOndt GROUP™ the ultrasonic rail tester USD2-77, intended for one rail line testing. The equipment purchase contract also stipulated the clause on the training course provision at the customer’s site. The trip had been planned for the end of November 2019.
